I am Giorgio Gargiulo from Taipan, a consulting company located in Shanghai working on Chinese Outbound Tourism.
We are organizing a conference in November (the 12th or the 13th) and we would like to know whether you can provide us with a conference interpreting service. In particular we will need a simultaneous translation from English to Chinese and the equipment (earphones and other needed materials) to let the audience listen the translation.
If so, could you give us a quotation for the service?
Following are some carachteristics of the conference:
-Content: chinese outbound tourism – chinese people who will travel in Italy and Europe. In practice, some tour operators will explain in English their plans to a Chinese audience.
-Background: the room will be a big ballet room.
-Number of participant: around 100 people.
