>> Confidentiality Commitment

Confidentiality is vital to our clients. We take keeping confidentiality as professional integrity and strictly abide by confidentiality system. In order to thoroughly implement confidentiality system, Rich Translation has signed Confidentiality Agreement with each employee, translator, interpreter and proofreader. For those clients who have special confidentiality requirements, we will sign Confidentiality Agreement to specify special confidentiality-keeping liabilities and responsibilities and promise to keep the clients’ information confidential by carrying out the following aspects:

1. Rich Translation signs Confidentiality Agreement with its internal staff, including marketing salesmen, administrative staff, proofreaders and etc, to stipulate and restrict employees not to directly or indirectly reveal any translation information to other third party (both for institutions and for individuals) related to the project.
2. Rich Translation appoints major principals of every department to form a special team for keeping confidentiality to supervise, manage and strictly implement confidentiality.
3. Rich Translation establishes strict confidentiality management regulations aiming at the importance of confidentiality, and requires employees to strictly abide by and supervises their implementation.
4. Rich Translation must return all the information (original materials and first draft of translation) to clients after the project is over, and absolutely delete all the saved E-documents related to the project according to clients’ demand.
5. To make clients trust our confidentiality, Rich Translation can conclude Confidentiality Agreement when reaching cooperation with clients, and ensures not to disclose any information related with clients’ confidential contents.
